UX audit services
that show what to fix first

You know something is leaking users. We find where. Our UX audit checks your product against usability standards, real user sessions and your own analytics, then ranks every fix by impact.

A UX audit is a business
decision, not just a design review

Problems don't go away. Every usability issue you don't find, your users find for you, usually by leaving.

Evidence over guessing. A usability audit gives you a clear picture of where the product fails and what to fix first.

Ship what matters. Your team stops debating opinions and ships the changes that move activation, conversion and retention.

What skipping a UX audit
actually costs

You fix the wrong things

Without data, teams prioritize by stakeholder opinion and gut feel, not by where users actually struggle. An audit replaces that with evidence.

Every broken flow loses users

A confusing checkout, a buried feature, an unclear onboarding step. Each one is a user who didn't convert, and they show up as patterns, not edge cases.

Accessibility gaps create legal risk

WCAG gaps are a usability problem and a legal one, under the ADA in the US and the European Accessibility Act in the EU. The audit surfaces them before they turn into a complaint.

Support tickets are design problems

When users can't figure something out, they email support. Your ticket backlog is a UX audit waiting to be read.

UX audits thatmoved the metrics

Real audits, real findings, real outcomes.

SaaS · OnboardingOnboarding completionDrop-off at step two fell from 68% to 31% after the post-audit redesign.

our UX audit

Six areas in one UI/UX audit, with no vague findings.

Heuristic Evaluation

Every key screen and state reviewed against Nielsen's 10 usability heuristics: learnability, efficiency, error prevention and consistency.

User Behavior Analytics

Heatmaps, session recordings and funnels from Hotjar, GA4 or Mixpanel, so every finding ties back to real usage, not theory.

Accessibility & WCAG Compliance

Testing against WCAG 2.2 AA. You get a gap report with exact fixes, ranked by severity and implementation effort.

CRO Analysis

A conversion UX audit of your key flows: sign-up, checkout, onboarding and feature adoption. Each blocker is rated by business impact.

Usability Testing with Real Users

Moderated sessions with 5 to 8 people from your target audience, recorded, analyzed and turned into findings your team can act on.

Comprehensive UX Audit Report

Annotated screenshots, severity ratings, prioritized recommendations and a 90-day roadmap, organized so your team can start fixing the day it arrives.

Evidence, not opinions

Every finding is backed by a recorded session, behavioral data or a direct user quote, not by what we think users might struggle with.

Findings that lead to decisions

Each finding is framed as a decision: what to fix, in what order and what impact to expect. You get a roadmap, not a list of complaints.

Accessibility is a priority

WCAG is a core part of the audit, not a checkbox at the end. You get a full gap report with severity ratings and exact remediation steps.

AI-assisted pattern analysis

AI tools help us process large volumes of session recordings and survey answers faster, so more of our time goes into what the data means for your product.

Integrates with your workflow

Findings arrive in formats your team can use right away: annotated Figma notes, prioritized issue lists and dev-ready recommendations.

Transparent, milestone-based delivery

Kickoff, a mid-audit check-in and final delivery. No three-week silence before a surprise report.

Frequently
asked questions

A UX audit is a structured review of a digital product that finds where users struggle and why. Unlike a generic UX audit checklist, ours combines heuristic evaluation, analytics, usability testing and an accessibility check, and ends with a prioritized list of fixes.

It depends on how many flows and platforms we review and how many usability sessions you need. We scope the audit on a short call and quote a fixed price before work starts, so the cost doesn't grow mid-project.

10 to 14 business days from kickoff to report. Larger products with 10+ key screens or complex flows can take up to three weeks. You get the timeline before we start.

Access to the product (staging or live), your analytics (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel or similar) and 3 to 5 key user flows to focus on. We handle recruiting and everything else.

Both. Every audit includes a heuristic review by our specialists and at least 5 moderated sessions with people from your target audience. An expert review on its own misses too much.

You get the report, the roadmap and a walkthrough call. Redesigned screens and implementation support are available as a follow-on project, from design work to working with your developers during the fixes.
